Job Description / Responsibility

• We are looking for a Qualified & Dynamic Graduate/ Diploma Civil Engineer to manage and supervise the construction work of factory buildings/ new projects/ plants under construction project and maintenance of existing Factory Buildings.
• Minimum 05 to 10 years experience in the relevant field of Industrial Building Construction, Building Maintenance and Plumbing works etc.
• Must know to find BOQ/BOM from the drawings.
• To supervise the construction of industrial/functional building and/or maintenance of industrial complex, Maintenance of plumbing work etc.
• Must understand the construction drawings VIZ. like Structural, Architectural, Plumbing and Electrical drawings.
• Should have capacity to identify problem during construction and provide appropriate solution for all service and engineering related issues.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed public institutions.

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Working experience on construction building will be given preference.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership to handle contractor/ contractor’s work force.
